Cadeira was an experiment to see whether recyclable items can create comfort - and it can. It is comfortable, it rocks and it is made of recycled materials. At first, the product may look skeptical, but once you become familiar with it, you will feel yourself sink into what could have been garbage sitting on a mountain of landfill. This team project has participated in two events, Sustainable Idealism at the ArtScience Museum (2016) and PARK(ing) Day (2017). It has also made appearances in the media.
